About The Grün Yoga Retreat
Welcome to the nature retreats.The Grün Yoga Retreat is taking place in the Grün Resorts Uluwatu, Bali.
Nested in the green forests of Uluwatu, our retreat is designed to help you find peace. Grün Uluwatu is located 18 kilometers away (40 minutes) from the Ngurah Rai International Airport.
You can join if you're passionate about yoga and meditation - all experience levels are welcome. The program is designed as a natural flow, ensuring that each day offers you the chance to be fully present in each activity and have that much wanted time - just be with yourself.
The retreat aims to offer an incursion into the eight limbs of yoga:
Yama (moral restraints), Niyama (observances), Asana (postures), Pranayama (breath control), Pratyahara (sense withdrawal), Dharana (concentration), Dhyana (meditation), and Samadhi (absorption or enlightenment)A curation of complimentary activities will delight your days:
breathing, yoga, dancing, meditation, swimming, spa relaxation, Balinese massages, local cuisine, local excursion, DJ and music evenings.

Conditions
- A deposit of CHF 500 (or EUR 500) must be paid in advance to book your spot
- The rest of the retreat price must be paid by January 31, 2026
- Payment terms will be provided once you register
Cancellation policy
- Cancellation until January 31, 2026: 50% of the deposit will be refunded, or given the option to join another retreat (subject to availability)- Cancellation after January 31, 2026: no refund of deposit- Cancellation after full price payment on January 31, 2026: 50% of the retreat price will be refunded, or given the option to join another retreat (subject to availability)- Cancellation within 3 weeks of retreat start or no-show: no refund

I am your yoga instructor for this nature retreat at Grün Uluwatu Resort in Bali.My yoga journey began about 10 years ago, when I finally decided to resign from a job that was not my passion - working as an accountant for 15 years. At that point the universe brought yoga in my life and through it I found myself again. Sine then, I feel that I have to share this "Something Good" with everyone. I am a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200H) and also a Reiki practitioner. I combine yoga, exercise of the body, the mind and the soul, and unite everything using Reiki energy.

I am your retreat host on site at the Grün Uluwatu Resort in Bali, and the coordinator of this retreat.My yoga journey began as a student of hot yoga about 7 years ago. Since then I am a passionate yoga practitioner and I work together with dedicated individuals to unfold a unique and memorable experience for you. I take joy in putting my management and project skills to build something beautiful, like this retreat experience in Bali.
